Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Yields one serving

30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
